1. Download the Archie Windows component by clicking the button:

2. You may see a warning to confirm you wish to download the app. Click ‘Show more’, then ‘Keep anyway’

3. Locate the Archie 1.2.0.0.exe installer file on your PC and double-click to begin the installation

4. If the following prompt is displayed, click ’More info’

5. Then, choose ‘Run anyway’

6. The following popup will be displayed – click the checkbox to accept ‘I agree to the License terms and conditions’, then click ‘INSTALL’

7. Once complete, the following message will be displayed – click ‘Finish’ to exit:

8. Once the Archie Windows component has been successfully installed, run Archie by clicking the Start button and typing ‘Archie’ to locate the program, then select it to start Archie - a new Archie folder will then be available in Windows File Explorer on your PC:

9. Click on this item to view the contents of the Archie folder:

10.The Archie folder will initially contain an automatically generated QR code which you will scan with your smartphone to begin an image capture & transfer process. [See the Archie User Guide]
