The mForms Hub provides access to several thousand clinical form templates designed by Cambric in collaboration with NHS organisations encapsulating a wealth of best practice. The templates are available to reference or re-use within the mForms platform, providing a fast start resource for trusts and health boards adopting digital forms.
The solution includes the bespoke Morse Form Designer tool, an easy-to-use Windows-based application, enabling users to build forms to meet the exact requirements of the health care service. Cambric also offers a form design service in addition to providing form design training & support.
